What is troove?
troove is an all-in-one search appliance that allows users to locate and navigate enterprise application data, such as Oracle Applications, using a familiar web search interface—think web search for enterprise applications. Using troove, users of all technical abilities can quickly and securely access critical application data from the convenience and familiarity of their web browsers.
troove is the result of many years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing Oracle Applications and other ERP applications. This experience has shown that almost universally, organizations have been hampered by the inaccessibility of their own enterprise data. This inaccessibility results in inefficiencies and added costs.
troove is built on a suite of innovative and patent-pending technologies that make possible sub-second searches of complex application data. troove’s technology incorporates cutting edge concepts such as semantic modeling of application data using OWL to power intelligent search and navigation.
troove is in the process of quickly adding built-in models for leading packaged applications. troove currently has built-in models for Oracle’s eBusiness Suite and will be adding support for SAP and salesforce.com in Q2 2006, and PeopleSoft and Siebel in Q3 2006.
